Peak’s first local government qualification for 2026 – the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management will make its new year debut on 26 February 2026. Delivered over six (6) theory days, and with assessments to be completed, our program is a highly valuable qualification for anyone looking to advance their career in project-based roles or receive formal recognition of their current skills. This program offers a strategic edge across multiple dimensions. Staff learn structured methodologies that reduce delays and budget overruns. Teams become better at identifying, assessing and mitigating risks before they escalate and projects are more likely to meet scope, time and quality expectations. The Project Management Diploma is applicable to any Queensland organisation looking to build their capacity in the prelude to the 2032 Olympics.
Mario Cortés, a respected Senior Project Management Trainer and Project Manager, delivers this program with energy, insight, and a truly engaging style. His energetic training style is both informal and informative, adding a level of entertainment to ensure participants remain engaged in the learning.
