Alcohol and Drug Awareness for Supervisors and Managers

This workshop is suited to supervisors, managers and HR specialist who need to increase their awareness of these challenges and what processes should be followed if and when they encounter such a situation. Participants will be able to recognise the different types of drugs and their effect on behaviour and performance. They will gain and understanding of the responsibilities for managers and supervisors in this domain, as well as the traps, and gain valuable strategies for dealing with drug-affected employees.
