  • How to prepare a ‘Whole Message’ conversation framework
  • How to deal with objections and avoidant language

All employees have the opportunity to learn how to master the dialogue for resolving conflict. Above all managers and supervisors, foremen, principals and leading hands can specifically benefit from this course to better prepare for the management of performance gaps with direct reports.
