Paul is a CPA and has a passion for regional Queensland having held a number of key board positions in the Darling Downs.

Since 2004, Paul has held the position of Governor and Chair of the Finance Committee at St Andrews Toowoomba Hospital and has overseen the turnaround in profitability and quality in this 150 Bed Private Hospital turning over $85M per annum and employing around 700 staff.

He is also Director of the Prince Charles Hospital Foundation and Chair of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee.

Paul is an irrigation Farmer on a property west of Warwick and is Treasurer of the Cunningham Irrigators Association. This association represents the interests of irrigators on Water licensing and Annual Allocations.
