The theme is 'Psychosocial risk and compliance in Local Government – strengthening clarity and confidence in managing psychosocial risk'.

The program for our two-day masterclass includes:

QIRC Commissioner Pigeon - Neurodivergence in the Workplace / Tribunal and discussion on reasonable adjustments and recent cases.
Human Rights Commission - Unpacking emerging human rights principles and new regulatory powers.
Local Government Workplace - Examining claim data and assessment processes for psychological injuries.
Peak Services Legal - Exploring psychosocial obligation and the law.
Peak Services Recruitment - Psychosocial risk in the recruitment process.
LGAQ - Industry update.

Light breakfast, morning tea, and lunch will be provided.
