Most recently, Melanie was employed by Lo-Go Appointments where she supported Mayors, CEOs and senior officer teams to deliver tailored talent resourcing solutions across a wide range of local government councils. Her work involved managing complex, time sensitive recruitment campaigns and maintaining momentum across senior and executive appointments. Prior to this, Melanie held HR, payroll and operations support roles with well-established organisations including Terry White, Immanuel Lutheran College, Sunshine Coast Council, Youi Insurance and Uniting Care.
