Joining Peak Services in 2017, Troy has a strong track record in providing high quality client services focused on achieving strong outcomes with a pragmatic focus. Troy has expertise in and has successfully defended a number of Unfair Dismissal Claims before the Fair Work Commission and the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
Troy has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including Discrimination and Breach of General Protections Claims across various jurisdictions such as the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, and the Federal Court of Australia. He has also acted for corporations and senior executives in Breach of Contract proceedings before both the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland. In addition, Troy has extensive experience conducting arbitrations for Councils before the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC), navigating complex employment disputes and delivering strategic outcomes in high-stakes industrial matters.
Troy’s experience spans both the public and private sector and he has worked as a principal and senior associate in legal practice. As General Manager - Legal and Workforce Services, Troy leads Peak’s highly regarded Legal and Workforce team in the delivery of a wide range of services to our clients.
