Include Peak 24/7 on demand in your Business Continuity Plan so we’re ready to back you up at a moment’s notice.
What happens to your customers when disaster strikes, phones start ringing off the hook, or your office closes for the holidays?
Peak 24/7 is excited to introduce our new ‘on demand’ service, providing essential short-term contact centre support exactly when you need it most.
Now you don’t need to be a Peak 24/7 client to access our temporary and emergency service offering. In addition to our year-round 24/7 contact centre services, the new ‘on demand’ service is designed to assist during:
- Emergencies – including natural disasters, major events, and power outages.
- Temporary planned closures or peak demand periods – such as council shutdown periods over Christmas or seasonal tourism surges.
The ‘on demand’ service gives your customer service team breathing room when they are unavailable or fully engaged in disaster response. Our flexible overflow contact service ensures calls are triaged effectively, with urgent matters prioritised and resolved quickly.
In some cases, emergency call centre relief may be eligible for reimbursement under Disaster Recovery Funding arrangements.
Plan ahead, stay ahead and save more
Engaging Peak 24/7 in advance means we can deliver the highest standard of service to your customers – and you’ll benefit from a discounted rate.
We’ll work with you to:
- Prepare key call scripts – tailored for your most common enquiry types, pre-loaded into our knowledge base and ready to update at short notice.
- Set up clear escalation processes – ensuring your Duty Officers receive every critical update without delay.
- Pre-configure your customer assistance number – ready in our system so it can be activated instantly when required.
Our team of skilled customer service officers will be fully trained in your scripts, processes, and escalation procedures.
By planning ahead, you can demonstrate strong business continuity measures, knowing your community will be supported and your customers cared for, no matter the circumstances.
