AI with purpose: training for tomorrow’s workforce

For the past three years, I’ve been passionate about highlighting how AI can support us taking on repetitive tasks, analysing vast datasets, uncovering patterns, and conducting deep research. These capabilities free us to focus on what we do best. 

My personal mission is to ensure that we continue to develop and celebrate our uniquely human strengths: discernment, ethical reasoning, creativity, innovation, and ingenuity. These are qualities that machines can support but never replace. 

If we embrace AI as a partner rather than a replacement, we can elevate our work to new heights. Let’s lead with dignity, expertise, and purpose using AI to enhance our intelligence, not diminish it. Together, we can shape a future where human and artificial intelligence grow side by side, each making the other better. Our protégé – AI - Is a fast learner. Let’s rise to meet it.

About the trainer

Mario has developed a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence as the use of AI promises to enhance business productivity.
