Join us at one of our two-day HR Masterclasses, held across four locations statewide, to build on your capability in a practical, supportive environment. This year's event will feature insightful presentations from the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC), the Human Rights Commission, Local Government Mutual Services along with Peak Services Legal team and Peak Services Recruitment.

The theme is 'Psychosocial risk and compliance in Local Government – strengthening clarity and confidence in managing psychosocial risk'.

The agenda for our two-day masterclass includes:

Exploring psychosocial obligation and the law
Unpacking emerging human rights principles and new regulatory powers
Examining claim data and assessment processes for psychological injuries
Delving into neurodiversity in the workplace and the Commission
Insightful discussion with the QIRC Commissioner, offering valuable perspectives you won’t want to miss.
