This transformative program is designed for aspiring local government leaders. The aim of the program is to develop the knowledge and skills of mangers to better equip them to lead the ever-increasing responsibilities and chaos they face each day - to build a culture of success and accountability.
The Authentic Leaders program is developmental where each session builds on the previous one.
Participants meet for two days initially followed by four one-day workshops spread over several months. Participants also have a one-on-one coaching session.
The program is designed for new or aspiring managers/supervisors/team leaders. Each program is limited to 14 participants. Alternatively, councils can bring the program in-house.
