The following three workshops all focus on the challenges of managing an evolving and growing workplace and can be offered face-to-face or virtually and are most successful when a specific situation requires attention.

Mastering the Management Challenge

There’s no question the workplace is now flexible, and we must determine how to live with this reality.  Covid allowed us (through isolation and necessity) to develop some different workplace behaviours and beliefs, and many organisations have not yet refocused teams and managers on acceptable business protocols and agreements.  

Building Strong Teams

As leaders we are only as strong as the teams we build.  Getting to “know” each team member, is a critical activity because individual recognition and acknowledgement helps to build cooperation.  Learning from the past and replanning the future is an essential activity in building capacity and trust and minimising friction. In this program, we examine what builds a great team.

Coaching Through Difficult Situations

Sue-Ellen specialises in helping clients understand and work through options until progress is created. Aligning approaches, organisation and new ideas with personalities, professions and circumstances is also necessary. Reviewing and problem solving together means that there is no backing away from issues but prioritising and critically assessing each party’s performance and options must also be included and owned. Sue-Ellen offers her services in face-to-face sessions or via Zoom or MS Teams and is most successful when a specific situation requires attention.
