Synopsis

For many councils, rates, levies, fees and charges are their main source of revenue besides Queensland and Australian Government grant funding.

Our program covers how rates and charges are calculated; the Acts and Regulations that apply to the decision-making process; and how to evaluate and determine the range of services required by councils to help establish rates charges.
