With over 32 years’ experience in the human resources and management consulting fields, Narayan has provided a vast array of training and services to a range of organisations, including Local, State and Federal government agencies.

Key Experience

Principal Specialist, Management Consultancy

  • Narayan has owned his own management consultancy, for 25 years.
  • During this time, he has provided training to mayors, councillors, managers and staff in around 90 councils, as well as dozens of other clients in the public, educational and private sectors.
  • He has designed and delivered a range of workshops and webinars in Performance Management, Managing Time and Stress, Long-Term Strategic and Financial Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Managing Change and Uncertainty, and many other fields.
  • As an HR specialist for the past 32 years, Narayan has also worked as a senior consultant with various strategic partners for 25 years.
